1. Order Processing & Production Time

All orders are subject to production time before shipment.

Production timelines vary based on project complexity, material selection, print volume, and approval of final designs.

Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided at the time of order approval and are not guaranteed.
Orders will not enter production until:

Final design approval is received (if applicable), and

Full payment or agreed deposit has been completed.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using reputable third-party carriers such as:

FedEx

Purolator

Local courier services (where available)
Shipping method selection is based on customer preference, cost, delivery speed, and package size.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any additional fees (customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada and may offer international shipping upon request.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors outside our control.
6. Risk of Loss & Damage

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

We take reasonable care in packaging to protect 3D printed items during transit.

Due to the nature of 3D printed products, minor surface marks or cosmetic variations may occur.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged items

Keep all original packaging materials for carrier inspection
We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier where applicable. Replacement or refunds are subject to carrier claim approval.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Re-shipping costs due to address errors will be charged to the customer.
9. Local Pickup (If Applicable)

Local pickup may be available by appointment only.

Orders not collected within 7 days may incur storage fees or be considered abandoned.
10. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
Custom 3D printed items are typically non-returnable unless damaged during shipping or incorrect due to our error.
